         SHOWPLACE RECEPTION CENTRE

Special functions and events demand a unique venue.

Situated overlooking the city, the Showplace Reception Centre, with its large open plan and expansive windows on the northern side offer a light and fresh feel to your function.

With a wedding chapel situated at the front of the Reception Centre, we are able to cater for everything from your celebrant and ceremony right through to your chair covers and a DJ.

The recently refurbished Reception Centre caters for weddings, engagements, anniversaries and birthday parties.  It also caters for conferences, meetings and seminars.  Our venue seats up to 220 people, more if you have a cocktail style function.

Our preferred caterer can assist you with all your meal requirement costs and choices from budget to the most elaborate. A fully stocked and licensed bar facility will also cater for all of your needs with experienced staff on hand.

Our parking facilities offer more than enough room from the largest function of 220 people to the smaller functions of 60.

Other facilities and rooms are also available for hire on request. Ranging from the Committee Function Room to our massive Exhibits Display Pavilion, we have something available for any style of function or event.
